Material Planner – Aftermarket

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure availability of spare parts/model (local & imported) service requirements.
- Monitor and manage Service Parts availability to realistic level and make sure that service requirements are served based on agreed lead time.
- Keeping an accurate records of all materials moving in & out as well as ensuring Parts supply matches the demand.

Supplier Quality Engineer
Location: Laguna
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures that all identified and supplier approved projects (controlled in SQA Masterlists of Projects) are completed within agreed target dates
- Monitors effectiveness of implemented projects/ corrective actions to address Suppliers (FG-OEM) quality or delivery issues
- Ensures that suppliers production references such as product drawings and approve samples are updated
- Periodically reviews & revisits the implementation of NBO,FTS, & STS classification and QWS/QIS and PPS.
- Ensure that the policy and agreement with the OEM suppliers in terms of claims, chargeback and parts warranty replacement are strictly followed.
Requirements

Responsible for measuring & tracking cost of poor supplier quality. To promote a discipline that forces the suppliers to quickly improve their quality of products shipped. Conducts frequent On-line Supplier Audit through manufacturing process, shipment process, engineering change process, invoicing process and quality process documentation reviews. Responsible for preparation and submission of FG-OEM Validation, Repair & Disposition
Responsible in ensuring all items being delivered to CDI are within approved quality & specifications. Formulates QIS (Quality Inspection Standards) for new parts/component developed. Ensure that establish QIS are timely submitted, reviewed, accepted and approved by Suppliers. Coordinates with OEM FG suppliers to identify quality improvements of items being supplied to PSD-CDI.

Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Project Completion per product and specifications
- Provide Launch Report, QRB/PRB materials
- Plan for and resolve unexpected delays, production issues or schedule recovery options.

Procurement – Supplier Development Engineer
Location: Laguna
Key Responsibilities
- Accomplish evaluation and recommendation process to Sourcing Specialist for new part/supplier sourcing requirements (Standard Supplier Sourcing Evaluation, S3E).
- Support Commodity team in identifying high impact suppliers (strategic supplier selection)
- Deploy Q-plus strategy by conducting desk reviews and lead supplier on site assessment/audit with cross functional team
- Support reviews and escalation of MO MP&L and SQA engineers for supplier technical issues, capability data and drive variability reduction
- Conducts supplier training on Q+ compliance, PPAP, Continuous improvement tools and support the development of work plans by the supplier to close compliance issues.
- Prepares Supplier Development Programs that will elevate suppliers’ quality performance and technical capability.
- Overall lead for new Supplier Site Assessment, qualification and accreditation using Q-plus tool kit.
- Lead the coordination with suppliers for Q+ self-assessment, desk reviews and on-site assessment/audit with cross functional team.
- Performs Q+ endorsement, reinstatement (as required), and makes recommendations on candidates for Q+ status (suspended, certified, probationary)
- Recommend and provide capability assessment to Sourcing Specialist via Supplier Sourcing Standard Evaluation (S3E)
- Work with Cross Functional teams but not limited to Strategic Sourcing, Operational Procurement, RD&E engineers and local suppliers to source commodities for Cost Reduction and Supply Security
- Plan, schedule, and execute on-site visits for identified Critical/Bottleneck suppliers in conjunction with SQA in focus suppliers.

Requirements

- Training as internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and in purchasing/supply chain function as Supplier development;
- Preferably Certified internal auditor (ISO 9001,14001) with Automotive experience for preparing and reviews with customers on PPAP and APQP documents
- Professional experience in procurement/sourcing, supplier development/management and conducting Classroom trainings

FP&A Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness of all plan/forecast requirements to complete the full financial roll-up in a timely manner
- Ensures that the plan/forecast numbers are correct and consistent in all reporting systems
- Secures all assumptions and directions used in building the plan/forecast as well as the details behind the plan/forecast numbers
- Identifies process improvements and report enhancement to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop effective financial templates applicable to business models and requirements
- Ensures that actual data are secured to the level that is relevant both in the vertical and horizontal analysis of the SBU and BU financials as well as in the reporting packages
- Provides insightful analytics on what happened and how this compares with the latest estimate, plan, and last year figures
- Prepares, reviews, and provides analysis including volume, price and costs, material and factory productivity, with roadmap highlighting all factors and issues, interpreting the results and identifying any risks and opportunities that has significant impact in the financials.
- Identifies gaps in the financial performance and how these gaps will impact the delivery of the balance-of-year and full year numbers
- Communicates and coordinates promptly any material deviation to plan/forecast and identifies any potential risks and/or opportunities as a result
- Prepares reports and analysis of production, purchases, issuances and other inventory movements including to measure results against target and year over year performance with emphasis on improving turnover rates.

Carrying out budgeting, planning & forecasting activities, as well as providing reporting and analysis through accurate, relevant and timely management reports. Overall roll-up and consolidation to generate full financials with reporting packages and analysis ensuring alignment with business objectives / directions. Measures financial and operational performance as compared to plan, prior year and prior estimates. Ensures that the SBU plan/forecast is coherent with the directions and expectations of the management. Any risk therein is identified and discussed with the SBU so that appropriate programs are crafted to resolve, if not, mitigate the impact. Keeps the SBU well-informed of the business drivers and promptly reports opportunities. Providing support for actualization & month-end close. Ensures that all SBU numbers are correct and consistent across all reporting systems
